With all the fast-food promotions, busy lifestyles, and economic hardships, losing weight is becoming increasingly difficult every year. I created this post to provide a road map for weight loss. Many people feel that in order to lose weight, they need to stop eating. While this is true of some, there is more to weight loss than just eating. It is not a coincidence that many people lose 10 or 20 pounds in order to regain everything they have lost. By going to a high-calorie diet, your body will go into starvation mode, because you never know when it will get the most nutrients! By eating fewer calories, your body slows down its calorie-burning processes and begins to gain fat. That’s why you see results at first, but as soon as you start eating again, your body balloons return to their original size.
In addition, your body will not be getting the food it needs to function properly. You may feel like you are always tired, in a bad mood, or showing signs of depression. Because of a hormonal imbalance, you may still crave unhealthy foods. If you think you are trying to exercise, you may not be able to do good exercise or good posture after that.
The key to rapid weight loss is not always low in calories. It eats the right calories. If you exercise like crazy and try to live on 1,000 calories a day, your body will become chaotic! Now, what should you eat to lose weight faster? Without getting too heavy, you want to consume large amounts of protein, fiber, and water. You want to avoid or limit things like sugar, starchy carbs, and fats.
You do not need to count all the calories you eat One of the easiest ways to lose weight is by using a plate. Divide your breakfast, lunch, and dinner into the following categories:
- 1/2 Your plate should be starchy carbs – I’m talking about VEGGIES in particular. Items such as broccoli, cauliflower, a nutritious vegetable, etc. That doesn’t mean cover them in a veggie bowl or beat them with 5 tablespoons of butter either! Learn to love vegetables with what they are. A good, healthy source of nutrients.
- 1/3 of your plate should be lean protein- This is your Chicken, fish, turkey, or other lean meat. Things like beans are also good sources of protein.
Also should be starchy carbs – This is a small portion of things like brown rice, whole wheat bread, wheat noodles, etc.
This is not a sophisticated system, but a simple system that everyone can follow that will work. If you look at your plate and have 2 slices of broccoli and a large pile of noodles or fried rice, you need to make some adjustments.

When it comes to losing weight, the most important benefits are health benefits, but let’s be honest, most people won’t care about having a better body. As a coach, I feel it all the time. “I want to make a voice! Recording and tone. How can I get a better definition of muscle?” If your goal is to gain muscle definition, it does not matter how good your diet is. You have to exercise! Your muscles will not grow unless you activate them.

Exercising, especially lifting weights, is not easy. There are so many different styles and techniques of weight lifting you can use. An exercise program that works well for you will depend on your goals and on your individual body. Here are a few things that almost everyone can count on when it comes to losing weight fast:
You Need to Do Cardio and Resistance Training
If you want to see good results, you need to do a combination of cardiovascular exercise and weight lifting. I see people frustrated all the time because they run the train for 60+ minutes a day but they still don’t care how they want it. You can’t get muscle definition without muscles! If you want to build your muscle, you need to lift the weight. And Vice Versa, to keep the heart healthy and burn more fat, you need to do some kind of heart exercise.
Do full body Exercise
Use Exercise That Is Complete An example of a full workout is a square with a shoulder blade machine. By using your legs, spine, and arms, you will burn a large number of calories while improving your muscle strength. An example of a full workout is a square with a shoulder press.
